After my facial surgery, my doctor recommended sleeping on a silk pillowcase.   My girlfriend suggested I check out the unique silk print pillowcases at silkndreams.com. I had plastic surgery on my eyes and had to sleep in a reclining position. I used the NeckPillow to stabilize my head. The NeckPillow did a great job of comforting and supporting my neck. I suffer with trigeminal Neuralgia (facial nerve pain) which causes agonizing burst of pain in my facial nerves.  It can be triggered by the slightest touch.
